Welcome to Equity and Justice in Fashion—with real life lessons in design, sustainability and technology! We have heard the calls and commitments for more racial diversity in fashion, and there has been some progress. But there’s still more work to do.

The course includes four sessions on racial and cultural missteps specific to fashion, unconscious bias and strategies for long-term change. Our fashion equity course also provides action steps to help transform DEI from siloed offices to business units with sufficient support and resources.

This course is for everyone, because true racial diversity will require all of us.
